About The Course
Rooted in Unlearning
We're not layering regenerative concepts on top of extractive systems. We're going to the root: unlearning white supremacy culture in how we message, lead, and relate. This includes exploring urgency, saviorism, individualism, and domination as embedded defaults in mainstream marketing.
Real Voices, Lived Wisdom
Our invited contributors aren't "experts" but story-holders, people grounded in practice rather than performance. They bring lived experience, spiritual clarity, and radical compassion. You won't hear polished soundbites but tension, truth, and transformation.
Scenario-Based Reimagining
Through guided narrative scenarios and reflection, you'll begin to imagine what marketing could feel like if it centred empathy, spiritual accountability, and community wisdom. Join us for honest inquiry, creative co-visioning, and critical tenderness.
Held in Community
This learning journey happens in relationship. Small group discussions, reflective integration sessions, and peer support create space for the discomfort and breakthroughs that come with unlearning deeply embedded patter.
Have you been sensing a disconnect between the marketing work you're doing and the world you want to help create?

“It is not possible for the river to drink its own water, the sun cannot hoard its own light nor the forest its trees. So why do we tell stories as if scarcity is sacred in a world of default abundance”

Part 2: Re‑imagining & Re‑rooting Practice
2 Dec 2025 – 16 Dec 2025

Moving from critique to possibility, these sessions explore decolonising research methods, regenerative approaches to marketing, and wisdom from living systems and Indigenous traditions.
Holiday Break
22 Dec 2025 – 19 Jan 2026
Part 3: Story, Practice & Integration
20 Jan 2026 – 17 Feb 2026

Applying regenerative principles in practice, using storytelling as a tool for healing and cultural transformation, and integrating new approaches for ongoing work.
Mother Earth she speaks clearly now,

This course is not for...
.... those seeking fast funnels, persuasion hacks, or plug-and-play tactics.
This is not a shortcut — it is a deep, systemic reorientation.
In this course we are questioning:
What if...
the very foundations of how we communicate, persuade, and grow are rooted in harm?
What if...
the current systems themselves are the problem?
FAQs
How long is the program and when does it take place?
The live cohort runs for 3 months (exact dates TBA)
How much time should I expect to commit?
The core of this course are the weekly theory sessions, each of them being around 2.5 hours. On average, expect 3–4 hours per week including optional reflection prompts, readings, or bi-weekly community AMA sessions.
What if the program dates/times don’t fit my schedule?
We’ve designed the program with spaciousness in mind. While we encourage participants to attend at least 80% of the live sessions to engage meaningfully with the community, all sessions will be recorded for flexible, asynchronous catching up.
What happens if I miss a live session?
You’ll receive a full recording of the session along with any accompanying materials. We’ll also provide optional ways to reconnect with the reflections, prompts, or discussions you missed.
Who is this program designed for?
This course is for people navigating the tensions between marketing as it is and what it could be. It’s for: Independent consultants and creative strategists In-house marketers, comms professionals, and brand leads Early-career professionals questioning the status quo Movement-builders, cultural workers, and regenerative practitioners Whether you’ve been exploring decolonialism and regeneration for years, or you’re just beginning - if you feel the pull, there’s likely a place for you here.
How do I apply to join?
Start by filling out our application survey to help us understand where you are in your journey and how this course can support you.
What happens after I apply?
We’ll invite selected applicants to a short 15–20 minute connection call to get to know you better and explore whether the course feels like the right fit.
How many people are accepted?
We’re welcoming a small group of around 30 participants into the cohort. This allows for meaningful interaction, trust-building, and co-created learning.
How are applicants selected?
We’re curating the cohort with care. As we review applications, we’re holding these criteria in mind: Relevance: You work in or around marketing, storytelling, or systems change / or you’re actively transitioning into this space. Readiness: You’re open to unlearning, reflective about equity, regeneration, white supremacy, and decolonialism, and curious to go deeper. Community-mindedness: You’re ready to show up with care for yourself, and for others. Representation: We’re committed to a diverse group across identities, life experiences, and geography.
Why are there three rounds of applications?
We aim to shape a group of learners that reflects diversity of background, experience, and perspective, while ensuring alignment with the course's ethos. That means inviting people in gradually, over three enrollment windows: Window 1 closes August 15 Window 2 closes September 12 Window 3 closes October 10 Applications are reviewed within each window, and selected participants are invited before we reopen the next round.
How do scholarships work?
We use a redistributive pricing model, which means that every participant who joins through the Redistributing Access tier directly helps fund scholarship seats for others.

The final number of scholarships we’re able to offer will be determined once applications close, based on how many people enrolled through the highest tier.
Who is eligible for a scholarship?
We’re offering a limited number of scholarships, and these seats are reserved for applicants who are experiencing genuine financial hardship that wouldn’t allow them to join the program without support.

We ask that you request a scholarship only if it's truly needed, so we can extend this opportunity to those with the least access.
How do I apply for a scholarship?
You can request a scholarship as part of your application form by selecting the relevant option and briefly sharing your situation. We review all applications once they are submitted, but we will have to confirm whether you are eligible for a scholarship after the applications for the course are closed and the number of scholarships available is determined.
How do payment plans work?
We offer a 3-installment payment plan to make Supported Access (Tier 1) more manageable for those who need it.

Here’s how it works:

- You’ll sign a short agreement

- Payments are made via bank transfer

- The total amount is split across 3 monthly payments
Who is eligible for a payment plan?
Payment plans are only available for those enrolling at the Supported Access tier, intended for people with limited financial flexibility.
